Robert A. Bracken
Bob is a trial lawyer. He has tried medical malpractice, securities, consumer fraud, and personal injury cases, among others, before juries, judges and arbitration panels.
Bob has a diverse practice in business litigation, employment issues, product liability, medical malpractice and personal injury. He has obtained several substantial recoveries for his clients and has also been successful in obtaining significant monetary sanctions for the obstruction of the discovery process.
Bob’s cases have been covered in newspapers throughout the country. He has been quoted in the local and national press, including the Pittsburgh Tribune Review and the Los Angeles Times.
While in law school, Bob gained valuable experience as a law clerk and tipstaff to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino.
Before pursuing a career in the law, Bob played professional baseball in Pensacola, Florida.
